It might be too early....but you know what they say..... the earlier the better...anyway, on 26th of April there will be a "BLACK BALL"..The event is set to celebrate the Tanzanian Music and Artists at The Mlimani City Hall from 7.00 pm till dawn...so get your shopping right and get your best signature outfit for the night...
